The Securities and Exchange Commission at a meeting on Tuesday Dec 02 approved the draft rules of book-building method for initial public offering pricing.
The SEC has decided that from next year applicants for IPOs will have to provide their national identity card numbers along with other details in the application forms.
The SEC also set December for submitting the annual maintenance fees for beneficiary owners’ accounts by the account holders to their respective depository participants.
